Toughest QBs on New Orleans Saints’ 2021 Schedule – No. 4: Tom Brady

Yes, I’m aware that Tom Brady won another Super Bowl and did so with a new team but that doesn’t change the fact that the Saints weren’t fazed by him in the regular season. In their first meeting, which came in Week 1 at the Superdome, the Saints held Brady to 239 passing yards while allowing him to throw two touchdowns and picking him off twice.

The second meeting was a memorable one for Saints fans, as they clobbered the Bucs in Tampa Bay on primetime television. Brady was atrocious, throwing for 209 yards and three interceptions in a 38-3 Saints win.

Even with the Bucs winning in the playoffs against New Orleans, it wasn’t because of Brady. He only tossed for 199 yards but did throw for two touchdowns. So yes, Brady is as decorated as they come in the NFL but when it comes to how he performs against the Saints, it’s anything to be fearful.

Because of what he can do in the playoffs and Super Bowls, however, I had to include him on this list.
