Antonio Brown

Back in late 2019 and early 2020, there were rumors that Antonio Brown, who has been troublesome for teams like the Las Vegas Raiders and Pittsburgh Steelers, may join the Saints. It didn’t work out, and Brown’s future in the league was in jeopardy.

Given his off-field issues and just how he conducted himself within the organization, it seemed likely that he would find a new home in the NFL. But, he went down and signed with Tom Brady’s Bucs.

Brown had been with the Patriots alongside Brady for a short stint in 2019. With the Bucs, Brown actually made a positive impact, totaling 483 yards in 8 games. He had four starts as well. Still young, Brown is 32 and has something left in the tank.

Brown is a seven-time Pro Bowler and four-time All-Pro. The skill is there, but whether he’d sign a deal the Saints could offer is another question. If the Saints would even want Brown is a conversation as well.

That said, it would make sense given the Saints’ need, but Brown to the Big Easy feels extremely unlikely.
