Ryan Kerrigan

The last player we have on our list is former Washington Football Team linebacker and defensive end Ryan Kerrigan. Again, while most of these players are still outside the Saints’ contract limitations, the hope is that they’d join New Orleans on a discount.

Kerrigan has spent the last decade in Washington, and it’s time he finds an NFL home that can actually win. New Orleans has proven that they can do just that. Adding Kerrigan would give them a versatile player that can play outside linebacker or on the line.

There’s so much about Kerrigan’s career that is impressive. The fact that he has played all 16 games in every season except one (he played 12 that season) is impressive. He’s also recorded at least five sacks in each season.

Kerrigan has been a staple of consistency throughout his career, and it’s been something he’s been able to pride himself on. That’s why New Orleans should bring him in, and with his versatility and durability, he’d certainly make an impact in the Big Easy.
