Le’Veon Bell, Kansas City Chiefs

If you looked at Le’Veon Bell’s performance in 2020, he was a shadow of who he used to be. He was a Pro-Bowler with the Pittsburgh Steelers, but he hasn’t really been relevant in any season since his time in Pennsylvania.

However, I also don’t think that Bell wasn’t used as the backup he could be. Even when Clyde Edward-Helaire went down with an injury, the Chiefs went to Darrell Williams not Bell and that was a mistake.

If the Saints were to sign Bell, Kamara and Bell would be the best one-two punch in the NFL. Imagine having two running backs that are almost identical and being able to substitute them having fresh legs over and over again.

I could see Bell putting on a black and gold jersey and putting up just as many statistics as Murray did this year. Bell would also be roughly a $2 million cap hit per year. They could choose to sign him for one year or multiple for cheap.
