Blake Bortles

Blake Bortles has a very similar story to that of Marcus Mariota. He was a very high draft pick but was placed on a team where he would not succeed. The Jacksonville Jaguars never really gave him weapons or protected him during his tenure there.

For the first five years of his career, Bortles started over 10 games per season with the Jaguars. He threw for over 2,700 yards per season with his highest being 4,428 yards. He also added 35 touchdowns in that season as well.

Bortles had an interception problem similar to Jameis Winston because he was forced to rush the pass due to poor offensive line play. Because of that, Bortles might have better like with good weapons, good protection, and good coaching.
