A Saints’ season full of excitement, playoffs full of hurt, an offseason full of patience, and a next season full of questions — here are the top three questions.

After finishing 12-4, the Saints went into the playoffs with high hopes. They beat the Chicago Bears which proved them better than the year before, but they quickly lost to the Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The most pressing matter now is the upcoming offseason. However, they don’t have money to even sign back their own players, much less go after someone else. Therefore, their free agency is just going to have to be full of patience.

According to Kyle Mosley from SI.com, “Despite the offense ranking as one of the best in the league and scored the 5th most points overall, the front office should still prioritize offense in the upcoming NFL draft due to cap restrictions, pending free agents, and a handful of questions heading into the future.”

When it comes to the next season, there are questions that are going to have to be answered. Here are the top three questions that Sean Payton and New Orleans are going to have to answer before the upcoming season.
