The Saints might just be in the mood to surprise everyone with their No. 28 pick in the 2020 NFL Draft, here are three wild choices that they could make.

We have already talked about potential first-round options for the Saints to draft at their No. 28 pick. Those guys included Jaycee Horn, Nick Bolton, Zaven Collins, Terrace Marshall, Trevon Moehrig, and Levi Onwuzurike.

The Saints have a lot of ways that they could go. They need positions to improve, and they will undoubtedly have more positions open up when they can’t re-sign free agents. After all Pro Football Focus doesn’t have the Saints signing a single top-150 free agent.

Here are three “out-of-the-box” draft options for the Saints in the first round.
