With all the moves happening around the Saints this offseason, there could be some surprising cuts that the front office decides to make.

The Saints have quite the offseason ahead of them.

They will have an interesting free agency between the dozen free agents that are on their own team and a plethora of other free agents that they have the opportunity to sign from other teams.

On top of that, the NFL Draft comes right after.

The Saints have a great track record between Sean Payton and the front office staff of drafting the right players and developing them into superstars for their own team. Don’t forget that Alvin Kamara was a third-round pick.

After all that is said and done, they have the opportunity to restructure some contracts and release some other players. Depending on what happens in the first two, some players could be surprisingly cut before the beginning of the season.

We saw the same thing happen last year when the team drafted Cesar Ruiz with their first-round pick and they turned around and let Larry Warford, a former Pro-Bowler, go the next month. Here are the top three players that could be surprisingly cut before the 2021 season.
