Kellen Mond, University of Texas A&M

The last quarterback on this list is the one who beat up Kyle Trask and the University of Florida in their 2020 bowl games. Kellen Mond has led this Texas A&M team this entire year. Throughout his career, though, Mond has shown us just how high his ceiling is.

In 2017, he had his career-high in passing yards for a season surpassing 3,000. In 2019, he had his highest touchdown to interception ratio with 19 touchdowns and 3 interceptions. He also had his highest passer rating, yards per attempt, and completion percentage as well.

Like Trask, Mond can stay in the pocket and throw the ball with precision, but like Newman, Mond can escape the pocket and create with his feet. In 2019 (his last full season), Mond ran for over 500 yards and eight touchdowns as well.

Having a quarterback that can throw in the pocket and create with his feet might be the perfect guy for Sean Payton. The good thing is too that Mond is a second, maybe even third, round pick. That allows the team to address other issues with their first-round pick.
