Trade No. 3

The Miami Dolphins finished as the No. 2 ranked team in the AFC East. The only team above them is the Buffalo Bills who finished 13-3. Even with a 10-6 record, the team barely missed the playoffs on the last week of the regular season.

Ryan Fitzpatrick led the charge with Myles Gaskin, DeVante Parker, and Preston Williams. That was until they decided before the bye week that they were going to replace Fitzpatrick before stud rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

The jury is still out on if Tagovailoa is going to thrive as the starting quarterback or if they are going to have to search for another quarterback. Either way, the Dolphins have enough draft stock in the next five drafts to pull this off.

That is especially after hearing rumors about what they could give up for Deshaun Watson.

They could potentially pull off multiple first-round picks in a deal to the Saints. With the capital they have, this landing spot makes the most sense for the Saints to pursue talks. They would get the most high-profile draft stock from them.
