Number Three: Kyle Trask

This one obviously depends on what the New Orleans Saints plan to do at the quarterback position following the likely retirement of Drew Brees, but if they choose to draft a guy, I can’t think of a better fit where they’ll be drafting than Kyle Trask.

Trask is a six-foot-five, 240-pound gunslinger for the University of Florida.

Trask has been in Heisman conversations all season and is actually a finalist for the coveted college football award. Trask is a very smart, accurate quarterback and would bring his swagger and strong arm to the Saints offense and thrive.

The best trait about Trask, aside from his competitive nature, is his accuracy.

In three seasons at Florida, Trask completed 68.3 percent of his passes, threw for 7,228 passing yards, and had a touchdown to interception ratio of 69:12. Trask isn’t really a mobile quarterback, but he did manage to muster up an additional eight touchdowns on the ground.

The 2020 NCAA touchdown leader would be a great fit in the black and gold and would give the Saints their next franchise quarterback.
