The New Orleans Saints have hit home runs in the first round recently, and with these three prospects, it may yet again happen in 2021.

Obviously, this article comes a bit premature as we have no idea where the New Orleans Saints, or several other teams for that matter, will be picking in the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft.

While we aren’t sure where the teams will be picking, we know New Orleans will be towards the end of the first round due to them already having a playoff spot secured and an NFC South title under their belt.

This draft will be an important one for the Saints as they will have to draft guys who can come in and play right away due to their cap-strapped situation.

I mean this team could be losing guys like Marcus Williams and Trey Hendrickson this offseason. That would have a massive impact on the team, and they’d need to hit a home run with this first-round pick if that happens.

Here’s a look at three players the Saints should consider drafting in the first round if they have an opportunity to do so.
