Alvin Kamara

Alvin Kamara proved on Friday that he’s the NFL’s best running back. Kamara has been fantastic all season, and he took his game to a new level against the Vikings. Kamara ended with an incredible six touchdowns.

Known for his dual-threat ability, the fourth-year running back went for 155 yards on the ground. What’s even more insane is that, in back-to-back games this season, Kamara hasn’t totaled over 155 rushing yards. He doesn’t have a three-digit rushing game this year.

Tagging on three receptions, Kamara thrived on the ground, not through the air.

He exploited the Vikings’ defense every time they gave him the ball. It was especially important that Kamara took over the game given that Drew Brees has multiple interceptions, although at least one wasn’t necessarily his fault.

This is why Kamara was nominated to the Pro Bowl. He’s that good, and he showed his speed, elusiveness, and craftiness against Minnesota. Let’s also note the work of an incredible offensive line, one that should’ve had more than two Pro Bowlers.
