The Saints are mad.

The Saints have dropped on quality loss to the best team currently in the NFC. They have also dropped a game to the Las Vegas Raiders who are still above .500 at 7-6. Then, they dropped a bad loss to a 3-8-1 Philadelphia Eagles team.

If I was a member of the Saints, I would be mad. They performed so poorly last Sunday that they should seriously consider not playing like that again. They gave up the No. 1 seed in the NFC and a chance at the home-field advantage and a bye in the playoffs.

They should use that anger and put it into the game on Sunday. Going from a terrible loss to one of the most anticipated games of the year should not make them worry, but instead, it should make them want to play at a level higher than they have ever played.

The Saints have the tallest task that they have been asked to face this week. They need to use their strengths against the Chiefs’ weaknesses, and they will have a shot to climb this mountain and come away with the best win of their season.
