Taysom Hill is not the future of the Saints.

I’ve been saying this since the get-go. Taysom Hill is not consistent enough nor good enough to be a full-time starter on an offense as good as the Saints. Over the last five starts, the defense has won the games that he has won.

Now, most fans will call me crazy for this take and that’s okay, everyone is entitled to their own opinion. However, Taysom Hill is not the future of the team. I am not saying that Jameis Winston is either, but they need to find out quick before Brees retires.

I would even suggest that the team trade Hill for a pick and try to get a quarterback in the draft this year. Either way, the Saints need to figure out which way they are going so they can trade Hill at the beginning of the offseason this year.

Taysom Hill is a gifted player and a unique player. Not a lot of people in the NFL can do what he is doing, but he is just okay at every position, not a star at one which is why he can’t be the future of the team at the position of quarterback.
