The New Orleans Saints won against Atlanta making nine straight on Sunday, and three specific players that played above expectations led the way.

The New Orleans Saints went into Atlanta on Sunday and rolled out back to Louisiana with their ninth straight win. It is also the Saints’ fifth straight win in the NFC South. They have just the Panthers to play for a full division sweep this year.

The Saints also secured a playoff spot with this win.

The Falcons typically always get the Saints’ number on one of the two games that they played each other per year — but not this year. This year, which is shaping up to be another Super Bowl run, New Orleans took care of Atlanta.

This was not a pretty win for the Saints at all.

Taysom Hill was exceptional in another performance. He had over 232 yards in the air and 83 on the ground. However, he let go for three fumbles against the Falcons on Sunday which is the reason he isn’t on this list.

That is Hill’s fifth fumble in three games as a starting quarterback. A great performance nullified by him not holding onto the ball. Outside of Hill, there are three players that played a major part in this win and exceeded expectations going into the game.
