Number One: Latavius Murray

Latavius Murray had a strong outing last week vs. the Atlanta Falcons and backed up that performance with another great game on the road against the Denver Broncos.

Murray put up his season-high in rushing yards en route to a dominant outing against one of the best defenses in the NFL. Latavius Murray, you could argue, was the only true spark the Saints had on offense all day against Denver.

Taysom Hill struggled to get anything going through the air and Alvin Kamara struggled to move the ball as well. Murray picked up the slack and toted the rock 19 times for 123 rushing yards and two touchdowns.

Murray also averaged 6.5 yards per carry against one of the best defenses in the NFL. If Murray didn’t have as dominant of an outing as he did, the Saints likely would have struggled to move the ball into the end zone as many times as they did.
