The New Orleans Saints defeated the Denver Broncos 31-3 on Sunday in what may have been the most 2020 game of the season.

Several players have been forced to miss out on games this season due to COVID-19 protocols, but no team has been hit harder than the Denver Broncos, and it hit a climax against the Saints on Sunday.

The Broncos were forced to sit out all four quarterbacks on the roster due to COVID-19 protocols which forced practice squad wide receiver Kendall Hinton to play quarterback for the team with less than 24 hours of preparation.

Nonetheless, the Saints still played extremely well and got another much-needed win. They didn’t go in feeling sorry for the helpless Broncos but turned up the heat and blew them away. Without a quarterback, it was a brutal showing for Denver.

The Saints, despite putting up 31 points, may not have actually played that well. They were just gifted a struggling team without many key personnel which caused the Broncos to be unable to move the ball at all.

That said, they did still win, and we’ll dive into the three players that stood out the most.
