Number Three: Dwayne Haskins

Dwayne Haskins would be a great fit in New Orleans under Sean Payton to compete with Taysom Hill for the starting quarterback job. Haskins was a first-round pick just a season ago and is seemingly just misused and under-appreciated in Washington.

Haskins was a Heisman finalist while at Ohio State and rightfully was selected in the first round of the 2019 NFL Draft. In Washington, he just hasn’t found a home and has been benched on multiple occasions.

Haskins hasn’t had really any supporting staff while in Washington which has caused his number to look less than ideal. In 13 career games, Haskins has completed nearly 60 percent of his passes, thrown for 2,304 passing yards, and has tossed 11 touchdowns to 10 interceptions.

If the Saints still feel the need to search for their franchise quarterback following the 2020 season, Haskins would be a solid option for the team to consider.
