Number One: Kyle Rudolph

I know it seems crazy to think that the Minnesota Vikings would trade their starting tight end to a team they somehow always seem to match up against in big games, but that could be the case as the Vikings are rebuilding and the Saints will be looking for another solid tight end to pair alongside Adam Trautman.

Kyle Rudolph is currently one year into a four-year, $36 million contract extension he signed with the Vikings and he earns right around nine million dollars per season.

Yes, it seems a bit pricy to bring in Kyle Rudolph to replace Jared Cook, but you get what you pay for. Rudolph has been one of the NFL’s top tight ends since he was drafted in the second round out of Notre Dame back in 2010.

In ten seasons, Rudolph has accumulated 446 receptions, 4,420 receiving yards, 48 touchdowns, and two Pro Bowl appearances in his ten-year career, and having him in the black and gold would be extremely beneficial.
