Number Two: Michael Thomas

The New Orleans Saints very much missed having their star wide receiver and 2019 NFL Offensive Player of the Year Michael Thomas in the lineup, and he finally had a great game worth mentioning.

Thomas has missed the majority of the season with a variety of injuries, but his connection with Taysom Hill already seems to be amongst the best in the NFL. Thomas recorded nine receptions on twelve targets on Sunday for 104 receiving yards.

He nearly had double digits for the first time this season while hitting the century mark in yardage for the first time in 2020.

It’s obvious that Taysom Hill would have more of a connection with Thomas, a player he’s spent three seasons building chemistry with, so I expect Thomas to break out over these next few games.

Thomas cracks the three best offensive players for the first time this season, but with Hill at quarterback, that number could go up a lot more.
