Mike Tomlin, Pittsburgh Steelers

Over the span of time that Mike Tomlin has been the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers, he has been one of the most winningest coaches in the NFL. He has coached the Steelers to a 133-74-1 record since 2007.

That is a win percentage of 64.1 percent. That ranks up there with coaches like Bill Belicheck, Sean Payton, and Andy Reid. Even through the turmoil of last season which might be his roughest in his career, he still kept his team motivated and winning.

According to Patrick Daughtery from Fantasy Columns, ” Essentially playing without a quarterback, Tomlin rallied his team to an 8-8 finish. Amongst their defeats were a two-pointer to the 11-5 Seahawks, a four-pointer to the NFC champion 49ers and a three-pointer to the 14-2 Ravens.”

There is one thing that is sure — Mike Tomlin knows how to win, and he knows how to do it with whoever is on the field. If he were to get handed the keys to one of the most powerful offenses in the NFL, the possibilities could be endless for Tomlin.
