Number One: Alvin Kamara

It feels like we continue to repeat the star running back of the New Orleans Saints, Alvin Kamara’s, name every single week when we write our X-Factors list, but that’s because the three-time Pro Bowler is having an MVP caliber season worth mentioning as often as possible.

Alvin Kamara had yet another great game against the San Francisco 49ers, mostly in the receiving game.

Kamara managed to record eight carries, 15 rushing yards, seven receptions, 83 receiving yards, and three total touchdowns. Kamara had 98 total yards and three touchdowns against the eighth-best defense in the NFL coming into the game.

If it wasn’t for Kamara’s clutch playmaking abilities the Saints would not have won by the cushion they did if at all. Kamara also only had Drew Brees throwing him the ball in the first half, as he left the game leading into the second half making the game plan go rather array.

With that being said, Kamara’s performance may not have been the best ever as far as yardage goes, but his three touchdowns certainly did carry the team on offense.
