Dylan Moses – ILB – Alabama

The Saints have had a linebacker problem this season. Demario Davis has been the only linebacker of any importance playing substantial minutes and putting up productive numbers. That is a problem because it severely limits the defensive sets the Saints can run.

Dylan Moses is a 6-foot-3 linebacker out of the University of Alabama. In his first two seasons with the team, Moses accumulated 116 tackles, 15.5 tackles for a loss, 5.0 sacks, one interception, and one forced fumble.

He also helped lead the Bama defense to two bowl appearances. Currently, this season, Moses ranks No. 7 in the SEC in solo tackles and ranks No. 5 in the SEC in tackles for a loss. He already has 46 tackles and five for a loss in six games in 2020.

The Saints’ defense could use a presence in the middle of the field with Demario Davis that would bring the Saints’ defense back to elite status. His youth and versatility would be unmatched on the defense. That’s why the Saints should draft him in the first round.
