Kwon Alexander

Kwon Alexander was the biggest thing to come out of the NFL’s trade deadline for the New Orleans Saints. They sent Kiko Alonso and a pick to San Francisco for the star linebacker. After not playing last week, Alexander should be suited up this week.

Going against his former team, Alexander is going to have to make the most of his time out on the field. I don’t know how many snaps he will attain given he has only been with the team for a couple of weeks now, but Alexander needs to excel.

The Saints have sorely missed a linebacker that can control the middle of the field. Recently, Demario Davis has been the only linebacker in the black and gold that has been trustworthy and consistently played. This week, Alexanders needs to prove he can be the second.

The Niners are definitely not as much of a threat as they were last year. Emmanuel Sanders now plays for the Saints and they have been dominating teams as of late. I wouldn’t be surprised if these three steps up that this game gets out of hand early for San Francisco.
