Going into Week 10, the Saints have some players that might have earned some more playing time at the expense of other players getting decreased snaps.

The New Orleans Saints have not had the start to the season that they were hoping for; in fact, it had been almost depressing after the last season, but they have since turned it around and turned it up recently defeating the Buccaneers for the second time this season.

They have bounced back from an under .500 record at 1-2. They are now sitting at 6-2. In Week 10, they’ll look to add another win against a conference opponent, the 3-4 San Francisco 49ers, who themselves are fighting for their division.

When you look at what the individual players for the Saints have done, there are several players who have not played up to their expectations. There are also some players who are in jeopardy of losing the starting position that they have.

These are the players whose snap counts we need to see a decrease.

When it comes to decreasing a snap count, you are talking about playing another player over that one, not necessarily a shift in playstyle. Their playing time will decrease. Most of these players see over 50 percent of respective team snaps already and we want that to go under 50 percent.
