Winner – Drew Brees

Drew Brees has not had the normal “Drew Brees” type of season. In fact, there were many fans who thought that Brees was washed up and were calling for the team to start Jameis Winston in his place. Brees was also on the injured list this week.

His starting spot in Week 9 was up for grabs multiple times this week. However, Brees pushed through the should injury and was in the starting position Sunday night. That proved to be the right move as Brees balled out.

He threw for 222 yards and four touchdowns. He also finished 26 for 32 only missing six throws all night. Brees has the highest QB rating that he has had all season. On top of that, Brees was hitting everyone that wanted to catch the ball.

He hit 11 different receivers in the first half alone.

That includes hitting rookie Adam Trautman for his first touchdown and Josh Hill for his first on the season. Brees had arguably his best game of the season last night dominating an NFC South rival. For those reasons, he is a winner.
