The New Orleans Saints absolutely dominated the Tom Brady-led Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday night, entering halftime up 31-0 and ending plus 35.

The New Orleans Saints are the new leader of the NFC South.

They entered the game as underdogs. They won the game by 35 points. Every analyst before the game placed their faith in Tampa Bay. They were all wrong as the Saints came out and scored an unanswered 31 points in the first half.

Drew Brees had 11 different receivers in the first half with 12 different Saints ending the game with a reception. From the defensive front to the criticized secondary to the entire offense, the Saints looked unstoppable.

This was a season-defining win for the Saints. They shut down the 6-2 Bucs. They handed the mighty Tom Brady the worst loss by point differential in his career. That’s impressive for a team that was hailed as an underdog.

Their offensive line, one of the best in the league, kept Brees upright and gave him the time needed to get the ball down the field. And, with Michael Thoams and Emmanuel Sanders back, this team was far less predictable offensively.

That said, let’s dive into three winners from the Saints explosive victory.
