Miami Dolphins

The Miami Dolphins are currently the No. 2 team in the AFC East. The only team above them is the Buffalo Bills who are 5-2. They are still fighting for a wild card spot and a division lead may be possible depending on how it plays out — especially with the expanded playoffs.

Ryan Fitzpatrick was leading the charge with Myles Gaskin, DeVante Parker, and Preston Williams. That was until they decided before the bye week that they were going to replace Fitzpatrick before stud rookie quarterback Tua Tagovailoa.

The jury is still out on if Tagovailoa is going to thrive as the starting quarterback or if this is a one or two-week thing and Fitzpatrick will come back again. Either way, the Dolphins have enough draft stock in the next five drafts to pull this off.

They could potentially pull off multiple first-round picks in a deal to the Saints. With the capital they have, this landing spot makes the most sense for the Saints to pursue talks. This would make too much sense.
