William Jackson to New Orleans

William Jackson is on the Cincinnati Bengals.

The 27-year-old will be in store for a big contract this coming offseason, and with the Bengals among the worst teams in the AFC, they may feel inclined to trade him as they’re in dead last in the AFC North.

Jackson has had a solid season against some of the league’s elite receivers like Odell Beckham Jr. Having started all six games, he has 22 tackles, four pass deflections, and one interception which came at a crucial time in the team’s 35-30 loss to Cleveland.

In man coverage, Jackson was ranked among the best cornerbacks in the league.

With Marshon Lattimore and Janoris Jenkins both missing games this season, having a steady backup, one preferably better than PJ Williams or Patrick Robinson, could use useful for New Orleans. Jenkins, who is a veteran corner, could even slide into the No. 3 role if need be.
