Nick Easton to Dallas

The Dallas Cowboys have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL, when healthy.

As Blogging The Boys pointed out, the Cowboys struggles to keep offensive lineman healthy has been an issue for the team this season, making the Saints a perfect trade partner with an elite backup.

With Terron Armstead, Ryan Ramczyk, Erik McCoy, Cesar Ruiz, and Andrus Peat, the Saints have a pretty stable offensive line despite Peat and Armstead having to deal with injuries in the past and even this season.

However, dealing Easton for potentially a conditional fourth or five-round pick would be ideal given his hit against the Saints salary cap. While he has played in over 90 percent of snaps in three games, he managed just 11 percent when the unit was fully healthy.

Having signed a four-year, $23 million deal during the 2019 offseason, the New Orleans Saints now need that money allotted elsewhere, especially heading in next offseason, and should consider dealing the versatile veteran if they can get an adequate return.
