Bell’s attitude is a huge area of concern

This is one of the biggest downfalls of Bell’s career. It started the year before Bell’s contract situation in Pittsburgh. He was a thriving running back with a very bright future ahead of him, but the Steelers didn’t want to pay him.

After multiple confrontations with Mike Tomlin and the front office, the Steelers still refused to pay Bell what he was worth. He continued to get into altercations with the coaching staff and eventually held out his entire contract year (2017).

After he hit free agency, the New York Jets were the team that gave him all the money he wanted. Little did Bell know that their team was so bad, that he would never get a good opportunity to excel again in New York.

Because of the lack of production and offensive line, Bell got into more altercations with his teammates, his coaches, and the front office; ultimately, this lead to his being recently released by the Jets.
