Joshua Kelley, RB

Joshua Kelley is a rookie running back out of the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). We have already discussed that star running back, Austin Ekeler is out for the foreseeable future after an injury in the past week.

This is going to open up the door wide for Josh Kelley to explode. Even before the news of Ekeler injury was serious or even before he was injured, Kelley was having a vital role in the Los Angeles offense in Weeks 1-4.

In fact, through four weeks, Kelley has three more carries than Ekeler has had. He has taken 52 carries for 174 yards and one touchdown. He has also caught seven passes for 84 yards. He has been very busy as a rookie.

Kelley is going to have the reins to himself for the most part. He also has Justin Jackson coming back from injury, but for the Saints, Kelley is going to be the running back that Demario Davis and the defensive line is going to have to keep in line.
