A.J. Green – Cincinnati Bengals

A.J. Green is another player that wanted out of Cincinnati, but instead of them risking that this offseason, they placed a franchise tag on him that, while it gave him more money, made him stay in Cincinnati.

They can only do that for one year though. So this season might be Green’s last in Cincinnati. If the Bengals are willing to try and get something for Green, the Saints should be game to offer them something they will take in return. Winning could also do the trick.

A.J. Green has had a history of injuries, but hopefully they are behind him. He missed all last year due to an injury. Theoretically, he just missed the first part of the season and then sat out the remainder as to not get hurt again before his contract was up.

Over the first two weeks of this season, A.J. Green has had 22 targets over two weeks. That almost doubles any other receiver on the Bengals. He hasn’t had the receptions to match, but hopefully, they will come.
