The New Orleans Saints may have lost their matchup in  Week 2 but not all to have ever suited up in the black and gold did.

It was a tough Week 2 for the New Orleans Saints.

After starting up 10-0 and then 17-7, the team struggled to get anything going. They were held scoreless in the third quarter and scored just seven points the entire second half.

They needed to be better on both sides of the ball as tight end Darren Waller absolutely annihilated the middle of field, hauling in 12 receptions. Waller ended with a game-high 16 targets.

Waller, not elite second-year running back Josh Jacobs, was the focal point of the Raiders offensive attack, and the Saints had no answer for him, dropping their first game of the season after downing Tampa Bay a week ago.

However, not all former Saints had the same luck as New Orleans. A few played very well for their team in Week 2. That said, let’s dive into three former Saints, many of which you’ll remember being on the team, who played well in Week 2.
