Myles Jack

Besides the receiver spot last year, the linebacking core for the Saints is probably the worst on the team — and a unit with Demario Davis considered the worst is really saying something.

They weren’t bad necessarily for skill, but they saw a tremendous amount of injuries that led to them having to go to the free-agent market late season.

This offseason, they really didn’t add any talent besides third-round pick from Wisconsin Zack Baun. However, they lost a starting linebacker in A.J. Klein. Alex Anzalone is back from injury, but who knows how durable his future is.

Myles Jack would not probably come in and start at the linebacker position, ultimately creating more depth for the position going into the season. This is arguably the player of the greatest importance for the Saints to target.

With the Jaguars trying to tank and rebuild, it opens up the perfect opportunity for the Saints to slide in and get some quality players for cheap. These three are players that the Saints could use and the Jags would get rid of.
