While the New Orleans Saints team is solid, they could always be on the lookout to improve upon what they already have via these trade targets.

The New Orleans Saints, for some time now, have had a team full of weapons both on the offensive side and the defensive side of the ball. This offseason, they took those teams to new heights adding fresh talent at multiple positions.

They made their offense stronger and their defense fiercer. Going into 2020, the Saints are looking like the team to beat in the NFC and one of the top three teams to beat in the entire NFL which should be on the minds of other teams.

However, I don’t think that they are done yet.

The franchise has been known to make bold moves at the time when everyone least expects it; after all, who was really expecting a guard to be taken over a linebacker or cornerback in the 2020 Draft? Some predicted it but not many.

This is the prime moment for the team to make a flamboyant trade for a big name. The Saints are maybe one piece away from being Super Bowl favorites, and a trade of this caliber right before the season would be a catalyst to an undefeated season.

While there are only a couple of positions that could possibly use upgrades, here are five high-value targets that the New Orleans front office could potentially target and make a big trade for in the near future.
