The Baltimore Ravens have released star safety, Earl Thomas III, the New Orleans Saints should make one of the teams looking to bring him aboard.
In a shocking new development, the Baltimore Ravens have released star safety, Earl Thomas III, yesterday. The New Orleans Saints need to act now in order to secure a potential star for a potential Super Bowl season.
Earl Thomas, earlier this week, got into an altercation with a teammate, Chuck Clark, which has caused some division within the Ravens’ organization. Their solution to the problem is to look to get rid of Thomas as soon as possible, which they have successfully done.

The Saints should do the same thing in this situation. While the need certainly isn’t as great, the Saints could use the depth for Thomas as they added an aging safety this offseason. It’d be a great situation for Thomas to walk into.
That said, let’s dive into three reasons why the Saints should sign Earl Thomas.
