After the first day the New Orleans Saints were able to practice in full pads during training camp, these three players impressively stood out.

The New Orleans Saints are officially into padded practice, and the team is looking even better than we imagined. The Super Bowl goal is not out of the question and is certainly achievable if the team continues to look this good.

There were at least three players missing from the first day in Saints’ training camp in pads. Newly re-signed offensive lineman, Andrus Peat; newly acquired, Anthony Chickallo; and backup tight end, Josh Hill all were out.

There were plenty of standouts during the practice including players that you don’t normally hear from on the field. However, there are players that will most likely be the future of the Saints roster as they are the younger group.

The three players that were standouts here have been seen doing things that are abnormal to what we saw last season out of the same player. Here are your three standouts from the first day of the padded Saints’ training camp.
