Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

According to all Saints fans, players, and coaches, Kirk Cousins is a “most-wanted” player this season. The Saints and community are counting down the days till they get another shot at the team that knocked them out of the playoffs last season.

The main reason that Cousins beats out Tom Brady for this No. 5 spot is consistency. There is no proof that Brady will come into Tampa Bay and succeed. Until we know that he can be just as good at Tampa as he was in New England, we will continue to hope he will be garbage.

Cousins, on the other hand, was a Pro Bowl selection last year. He has thrown for over 4,000 yards per season for the last five seasons except for 2019 where he threw for roughly 3,600 yards. That is proof of Cousins’s consistency in Minnesota and Washington.

Cousins has also thrown for over 20 touchdowns in the last five seasons. Last season, Cousins had one of the best touchdowns to interception ratio than he has ever had in his career with 26 touchdowns and six interceptions.

That is why Kirk Cousins comes in at No. 5 in our Top Five. Now, onto No. 4.
