The Saints must rush for over 100 yards in each playoff game

If you look at the 2019 rundown of stats for the Saints, out of the four games that they lost including the playoff loss to the Vikings, they ran for less than 100 yards as a team. In a couple of the losses, they barely ran for 50 yards collectively.

If the Saints are hoping to make a Super Bowl and even win it, they are going to have to get their running game involved and involved early. Last season, their highest rushing yards in a game was 151 yards which is not impressive.

Both Super Bowl teams last season rushed for over 100 yards in all of their playoff games. In fact, the San Francisco 49ers ran for almost 300 yards in their game against the Green Bay Packers. The run is important.

Therefore, if the Saints hope to win another Super Bowl this season, running backs Alvin Kamara and Latavius Murray will be to be top-notch. That is a must for the Saints this year to win the 2020 Super Bowl.
