Number One: Surrounding Cast

Drew Brees might have one of the best supporting casts on the offensive side of the ball in the entire NFL and it will certainly help increase his productivity. The New Orleans Saints finally built around Drew Brees rather than making him carry the team by himself.

The Saints added some crucial members to the offense for Drew Brees to utilize this offseason and he should see a ton of improved productivity in 2020. The Saints added wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders who played in the Super Bowl with the San Francisco 49ers in 2019.

They also brought in utility guy Ty Montgomery who can play several different positions, and center Cesar Ruiz who is one of the most intelligent draft picks in recent history. They did, however, release guard Larry Warford to free up some cap.

If you consider the talent the Saints already have on the roster in Alvin Kamara, Michael Thomas, Jared Cook, and the impressive offensive line, the team is looking very good on the offensive side of the ball.
