The New Orleans Saints have been graced with Drew Brees’ dominance for over a decade, and the best may still be yet to come.

Saints’ Drew Brees long list of career accomplishments and NFL records looks more like a wedding guest list than a list of pure dominance, but somehow the future Hall of Famer has yet to win an MVP award in his NFL career.

Drew Brees is entering what is likely to be his final season in the NFL and he still has plenty of juice left to make it his best season yet.

With an enhanced offense after the team added Emmanuel Sanders and Cesar Ruiz, Brees will have some of the most lethal weapons of his career all on the same team. He’ll even have tight end Jared Cook who hit his stride towards the end of last season.

If Drew Brees can stay on the field and his teammates surrounding him help make his case, he could not only be hoisting a Lombardi Trophy at the end of the season but an MVP trophy as well. It’s a long shot, but here are three reasons why it’s possible.
