WR, Emmanuel Sanders

Emmanuel Sanders has been on a team hop as of recently. He started his career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, then found his way to the Denver Broncos, then asked to be traded to the San Francisco 49ers and later managed to sign with the Saints.

Now granted, he has had an already decent length career, but that is a lot of teams. If Sanders is not happy in New Orleans, it could get ugly quick. Now, I am super happy to have Sanders playing alongside Michael Thomas don’t get me wrong.

He also only signed a two-year contract proving that he wasn’t that dead set on the Saints. He could move teams again at the end of next year so with a trade, at least the Saints get something out of the deal.

In my opinion, I hope he stays, but you can’t look at those facts and think there isn’t a good chance he plays for another team willing to pay him more money in a few seasons.

For that reason, he could be expendable, especially if Tre’Quan Smith takes off like the Saints have continued to hope he will.
