The New Orleans Saints could, if things come to the worst-case scenario, lose the 2020 season. Here are three that would miss it the most.

There’s no denying the New Orleans Saints improved this offseason.

They’re projected to be one the best, if not the best, team in the NFC. From offensive firepower to defense studs to highly-talented rookies, the Saints have elite weapons from top to bottom. Now, they just need to get on the field and prove their worth.

However, that may be easier said than done as the novel coronavirus continues to spread across the United States. With football season just months away and the virus spiking in many areas across the country, the league may be forced to make drastic moves in the coming weeks.

The NCAA has already started such actions as their seasons typically begin a bit early in the fall. The Ivy League has pushed back all fall sports while the Big Ten has canceled all non-conference games, limiting their schedule drastically.

Many still think football will be a go. It’s tough to say what will or won’t happen though as just a month ago it seemed football was 100% on. That said, let’s dive into three Saints that’d be at the biggest loss if the 2020 season was canceled.
