Jared Cook

Jared Cook, like Latavius Murray, has only been part of the Saints’ organization for one year, but Cook made his presence known in that one year. He was a Pro-Bowl candidate for just the second time in his ten year career.

He quickly became one of Drew Brees’ favorite targets reeling in the second most receptions on the team behind only Michael Thomas. He totaled 43 receptions for 709 yards and a career-high nine touchdowns.

Cook was also among only four other NFL players to have more than five receptions for 30 or more yards in the 2019 season. Unfortunately, Cook has almost been forgotten because he is not a big name star, but he does his job as good as the best of them.
