New Orleans Saints’ EDGE rush superstar Cameron Jordan was ranked near the top in his position by CBS Sports earlier this week.

It is no shock to anyone that New Orleans Saints’ Cameron Jordan has found himself on a top ten list again. This time, though, Jordan has climbed his way all the way up to CBS Sports No. 4 EDGE rusher in the entire league.

In an article ran by Ryan Wilson, Cam Jordan was listed only behind Steelers’ TJ Watt at No. 1, Browns’ Myles Garrett at No. 2, and Cardinals’ Chandler Jones at No. 3. The names above Jordans’ are some stellar names — he is in good company.

Cameron Jordan’s numbers speak for themselves. Over the course of the last seven seasons, Jordan has been selected to the Pro-Bowl in five of them. He was also an all-pro first-team selection in 2017.

Last season might have been one of Jordan’s best. He racked up 53 tackles, 15 tackles for a loss, 25 hits on the quarterback, and a career-high 15.5 sacks. He has three 10.0 plus sack seasons in a row and going for a fourth in 2020.

Not to mention Jordans’ durability. The superstar veteran has only missed one start for the New Orleans Saints since being drafted by them in 2011, and he has appeared in every game he has ever had the opportunity to in nine seasons.

He has proved time and time again why he is a fear to opposing quarterbacks. This, among other qualifications, is why Jordan ranks as a top-five EDGE rusher in the NFL. Hopefully, Jordan can teach Davenport to be the same.

dark. Next. 3 overhyped Saints in 2020

The two of them together playing at a top-level could be a dangerous game for offenses. Jordan will live up to his hype in 2020 and hopefully, earn his first Lombardi trophy and bring home the jewelry he has always wanted.
