The New Orleans Saints have a great team to start the 2020 season, but there are still some free agents worth a look before the start.

With the release of Larry Warford, the New Orleans Saints opened up roughly $8 million in cap space. There are a plethora of ways that the Saints could use it, but one thing is certain — they should use it.

Whether they decide to sign their rookies with it or if they decide that they want to look at maybe one or two more free agents still left on the board, the money should be used on someone. Either way, they should use it to help their team reach the Super Bowl.

In my opinion, we are getting down to the time where the players that are on the free-agent market are becoming worried about receiving a contract or at least one they’d consider. Most teams have bypassed thinking about free agency and moved on to the season.

However, there are still some free agents out there that could help the New Orleans Saints. With the money they opened up, they should be giving these three guys a call and seeing which would be willing to take a smaller contract.
