Christian McCaffrey, Carolina Panthers

This decision was not hard by any stretch of the imagination. The Carolina Panthers did add ex-Saint Teddy Bridgewater to be their starting quarterback and have since released long-time quarterback Cam Newton.

Bridgewater is unproven as a starting quarterback. They also lost Luke Keuchly to retirement and let go of Greg Olsen. The Panthers wide receivers don’t really have a standout candidate at that position either.

There is no denying though, that running back Christian McCaffrey is one of the deadliest running backs in the NFL. Whether it comes to running threw the pile, in the open field, or catching the ball out of the backfield. If the Panthers didn’t have him, it wouldn’t be a game.

If the Saints theoretically and fictionally steal this one player from every team, it would undeniably give the Saints a huge competitive advantage. However, realistically, the team needs to focus on silencing these players when it comes to game time.
