When you’re a top-ranked team in the NFL, inevitably there will be rumors swirling around you; for the Saints, here’s what to know.

When you are the best, there are always people/teams below you that hate to see you succeed. Thus the birth of the rumor was created. Rumors have often circulated around the world, and yes, the Saints are not an exception to that.

The entire NFL, actually, probably is one of the most rumored about sports organizations in the world. With over 50 players per team and 32 teams, they are easily the organization with the most players which leads to more rumors.

Players leaking team secrets, coaches tipping the media — however, you want to spin it or start your rumor, inevitably, they are always there. For the Saints, this year might have more than normal because of how talented they are.

One of the projected Super Bowl favorites, New Orleans’ top-tier roster only improved further this offseason.

Fans, though, need to be prepared, vigilant, and decisive in what they choose to believe about their beloved team. This article is meant to debunk some of the rumors you may have heard about the Saints that simply will not be true.
